I have a Flight Bill for 15 Dec 1970 listing the crews for three missions, and assignments for all the ground watches. Also, Temporary Flying Orders listing all the enlisted flyers. The only officers listed are LCDR K.B. Pelot OIC because he signed these documents, and LT(jg) Burns for PR-31. That would be Admiral Burns today...
